Below are the steps to sign up for SHIELD, but please note: SHIELD IS NOW FULL AND WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS. Anyone who signs up with be placed on the waitlist and called upon in the order that they signed up. GET READY FOR THE 25/26 SCHOOL YEAR! Thank you for your interest in joining the SHIELD Before and After School Program. Our program is NOW accepting students for the upcoming school year! If you are interested in joining our program, please use the link below to sign up for the SHIELD Interest List. Once complete, you will then receive a REGISTRATION EMAIL FROM CITYSPAN.COM. Please complete the registration forms. Once complete, you will then receive a call from our SHIELD office confirming your child's status in the program. If we do not have room in our program, you will be placed on our Waitlist. When a spot becomes available, we will call you at that time. Please note that in order for you child to stay in our program, they must attend 3 days of program per week. Failure to do so will result in removing your child from our program and putting them on the waiting list. |
